At Apex Timepieces, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. While we stand by the quality and authenticity of every watch we sell, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Please review our policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of the watch being delivered to you.
To be eligible:

  • The watch must be returned in the exact same condition it was shipped out in.

  • All original items, including box, papers, accessories, tags, protective films, and any included authentication documents, must be returned.

  • Any signs of wear, damage, tampering, or alterations may result in the return being rejected.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or our social media channels within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. We will provide instructions and a return authorization, which must be followed for the return to be accepted.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


3. Shipping the Return

  • The customer is responsible for securely packaging the watch and shipping it back using a tracked and insured courier service.

  • Apex Timepieces is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • The watch must be shipped within the timeframe provided in your return authorization.


4. Inspection & Refunds

Once the return is received:

  • Our team will inspect the watch to confirm it is in the same condition as originally sent.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • If the item does not meet the return-condition requirements, it will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Watches that show additional wear or damage

  • Items missing original accessories, documents, or packaging

  • Watches that have been opened, serviced, or altered after delivery

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
